It is of my great pleasure to inform you that we are holding the first World Peace Cup for U-12 and O-80 Soccer to promote and enhance the Peace and the Soccer Culture in the world. I do hope that this international event will contribute to realize the paradise, where people are living friendly and loving each other as one family under Shirayama Princess, or 菊kukuri理姫hime. Participating teams of the cup will be contended for 16 seats for girls-teams, 16 seats for boys-teams, and 16 seats for senior teams, so please apply for the seats.  Guidelines

Date: 4~5 May 2024

Place: Matto and Mikawa Soccer Ground, Hakusan, Japan

Number of Teams: 32( Girls 16, Boys 16).  Half teams may be invited from foreign countries.

Sponsor: Organizing Committee of World Peace Cup for U-12 Soccer

Joint Sponsors: Hakusan Soccer Association, Hakusan Football Club, The Yomiuri.

Participation Teams

Domestic Teams: Hokkaido. Tohoku, Kanto, Hokuriku-Shinshu-Niigata, Tokai. Kansai, Shikoku, Kyushu-Okinawa

Foreign Teams: North Asia, Europe, South Asia, East Asia, North America,

South America, Oceania, Africa-West Asia

Game Rules

   FIFA2024 Rules will be adopted in principle except for the following points:

Ball: Official Soccer Ball (Number 4)

Game Period: 50 minutes (25-10-25)

Team Member: 15 (Regular 11, Substitution 4)

Penalty Match: Sudden-Death way by one kicker for each of the teams.

Uniform: Two sets with different colors for each team. 

Shin guards: All of the players must put shin guards to avoid serious injuries.

Referee: 3 (Chief 1, lines-man 2)

Preliminary Tournament: Ground (68mx50m) Goal (Small Size for U-12)

Semi-finals, Finals and Exhibition Game: Official Ground and Goal

Referees: Exhibition Game, Finals and Semi-finals together with the first game for each of the preliminary tournaments will be judged by members of Hakusan Soccer Association.   However, all the rest games will be judged by the two teams that have fought in each of the previous game.   

Participation fee and Insurance

Participation fee is 100 US$/team. All of participants for this event must get sports insurance.  

Awards 

Shirayama Princess Cup (in rotation) will be presented for the champion girls-team.

Hakusan Dynasty Cup (in rotation) will be presented for the champion boys-team.

In addition to the above awards, gold and silver medals will be presented for the champion

 team members and runner-up team members, respectively.
